Via our website contact form: name, company, role, email address, and the message you send us. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Via our freelance intake form: name, email address, years of experience, tech stack, project history, and motivation for going freelance. Purpose: to assess your profile and follow up if there is a fit. Legal basis: your explicit consent, given by submitting the form.
We do not use cookies. We do not use analytics tools. We do not track your behaviour on this website.
Form submissions are processed via Formspree (formspree.io), a GDPR-compliant form handling service.
We store contact and profile information in our internal systems for a maximum of 2 years, after which it is deleted unless an active professional relationship exists.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Formspree operates servers in the United States. Data submitted via our forms may be transferred to and processed in the US. Formspree maintains Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required under GDPR Article 46.
